We've had a fantastic experience with 4 Senses over the past 2-3 years we've employed their services. They're always extremely responsive (they have someone on staff who facilitates communication between technicians and customers), they are detail-oriented in their work, and they're highly receptive to feedback. In the rare instances we've needed to resolve an issue, we've gotten near instant responses and the technicians took action on that feedback in the very next session. We're highly satisfied with 4 Senses's service and plan to maintain our contract as long as we live here.

I requested a deep clean for my home. I've never hired a cleaning service before, and I was a bit nervous forking over that kind of money for a service like this. So glad I did, though. They were so friendly and efficient. The kitchen honestly looks better than when we bought the house, and so many little frustrations that have built up are just a memory.

I've been so pleased with 4 Senses. Grisel is thorough and friendly. As she cleans, I'm able to get other responsibilities taken care of. She's also able to chat with my husband who has dementia. We're very comfortable with her. Kristine

Ariana and Ashari did an amazing job on my home. They were super sweet to my pug too - which is important to me. Everything was sparkling from the kitchen to the bathrooms and I felt such relief after a long day at work. Thank you ! Highly recommend this team.

This was our first experience hiring a cleaning service for our home, and with a newborn, it was truly refreshing to have the extra help! The team did a wonderful job, and we greatly appreciated their efforts in tidying up. The only improvement we would suggest is ensuring that ceiling fans and the bathroom vent are dusted, as we noticed some buildup. Overall, we were pleased with the service and grateful for their hard work!

Grace and Emily did a fantastic job with my initial cleaning! I could instantly feel better energy when I stepped into my house after they finished. The floors and stovetop were literally shining and I was amazed at how they were able to get stains out of the kitchen sink and toilets. To top it off, they set up the kids’ rooms with their stuffies reading books! It was a great experience.

Grace and Maria did an amazing job. This was my first cleaning and they made the process easy and smooth. They were polite and went above and beyond what I hoped they would do. It meant a lot to me that they were not judgmental in any way because my spouse and I are both disabled and really needed the help. We will definitely be scheduling another cleaning soon!
